The Bristol Herald Courier is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative.
This is a full-time, 40 hour per week position that is responsible for greeting subscribers and advertisers and receiving payments or directing them to the appropriate department or person. You will also be responsible for attending the main phone line and greeting callers and transferring them to the appropriate parties, as well as maintaining accurate accounting records and closing a cash drawer daily. Strong Microsoft Office and computer skills are a plus.
