Sitting at computer workstation for extended periods. Intermittent repetitive motion. Standing, walking, occasional pushing/pulling/lifting objects up to 50 pounds. Job related travel.

Job Summary
Ambulatory Services Administration is seeking a detail-oriented, self-sufficient and responsible individual to provide administrative and clerical support with a strong emphasis on accounts payable and calendar/meeting management.
This position will be accountable to the Ambulatory Leadership Team and able to work in a matrix environment. Duties will include but are not limited to: calendar/meeting management, scheduling meetings, processing travel reimbursements and itinerary, cross-coverage for receptionist duties and other relevant business support functions such as creating pivot charts or PowerPoint presentations.
This position has been identified as supporting UK HealthCare, which receives funding from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services ( CMS). Therefore, all individuals hired into this position must comply with the federal CMS mandate issued in March of 2022. This mandate requires all new hires to provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination or obtain an approved medical or religious exemption as a condition of employment. Start of employment cannot occur until two weeks after receiving the full COVID-19 vaccination series or upon obtaining an approved exemption. Only vaccines approved by the World Health Organization can be accepted.
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities
Microsoft Office Suite, include Excel, Word, Adobe, Outlook, Access etc. Also need high standard initiatives, confidentiality and responsibility.

Associate's degree plus four or more years related administrative experience preferred.
