Job Summary

Answer inbound calls, handle referrals, schedule appointments, return voicemails, update necessary schedule changes, import referrals into patient charts properly, helping facilitate treatment planning. Working WQs within Epic, and other duties as assigned.

Skills / Knowledge / Abilities

The ideal candidate will have extensive customer service experience and able to communicate in a calm and helpful manner during stressful and/or crisis situations. Should have the ability to pay high attention to detail, have data entry skills, work well within a team and respect for confidentiality; be able to prioritize tasks efficiently; and work in multiple systems simultaneously.

Preferred Education/Experience

Candidates who have completed the UK College of Dentistry Patient Access Training Program highly preferred.
