ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT



The incumbent will be responsible for basic office support tasks. These tasks could include, but are not limited to, data entry, customer service, filing, front desk reception, and delivering mail.

Position requires a broad understanding of social justice topics. Excellent communication skills required to be able to interact and share ideas with various stakeholders (staff, faculty, students, leadership). Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Understanding of basic data collection and analysis techniques to be able to assess effectiveness of implemented strategies. The candidate must also have a familiarity with various social media in order to advertise and engage targeted audiences requiring the center's programs.


A High School Diploma or GED is required.
